CHRISTMAS TROOP APPRECIATION DAY

It was a wonderful day, great Holiday weather was in place & it all started out with a fantastic cruise aboard the
CELEBRATION. On hand was Congressman Blaine Luektemeyer, who mingled and answered questions. Thanks for
the crew for running a top notch ship & for such a beautiful boat ride. Followed up with Andy's Frozen Custard,
YUMMY! Soon after everyone checked into the great rooms at Inn At The Grand Glaize where the rest of the event
was hosted. Following the break, the night festivities kicked off with the presentation of the Marine Color Guard,
award ceremonies, front and center was General Seward. Delicious dinner/deserts, and entertainment by Sparkie
The Clown & Gang, followed with live music from local greats Phat Mike & The Bartenders along with The Strugglin
Blues Band.
